A dedicated currency exchange service is available within the cruise marquee. Additionally, within a 0.5-mile radius, visitors can access various banks, ATMs, and other currency exchange services.
First aid is available on site. Please contact the nearest security guard or staff member, who will immediately notify a qualified first-aider to assess the situation and provide assistance.
The Inverclyde Tourist Board operates within the cruise marquee upon passenger disembarkation. Local experts are on hand to provide guidance, recommendations, and information to help visitors make the most of their time at Greenock Cruise Port.
Only day-visitor parking is available outside the Main Terminal Building. Please refer to our Transportation and Parking section for detailed locations.
Souvenirs are available within both the Marquee and the Main Terminal Building. The town centre is less than a five-minute walk from the terminal, offering easy access to essential items and additional retail options.
The Marquee serves as the designated meeting point for all taxis arranged through the ship or the Port Agent. Additional taxis are available at the Main Terminal Building.
