Guests and crew embarking or disembarking during a ship’s call can complete check-in procedures at the Greenock cruise marquee. Early arrivals should proceed to the main Greenock Ocean Terminal building. All passenger processing is managed by the ship’s agent, along with Customs and Immigration personnel.

The United Kingdom Immigration and Tourism Police Division provides additional security support. While stationed outside the port, they are available to provide services 24/7.

Stevedoring services include the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo to and from vessels, supporting smooth port operations. Services are available upon request.
A range of technical equipment is available to support ship operations, including forklifts (with operators), manual pallet trucks, and electric pallet trucks. All equipment is available upon request.
Towage services are available, supported by four tugs with a combined capacity of up to 100 tons of bollard pull. Services can be arranged upon request.
