Guests and crew embarking or disembarking during a ship’s call can complete check-in procedures at the Greenock cruise marquee. Early arrivals should proceed to the main Greenock Ocean Terminal building. All passenger processing is managed by the ship’s agent, along with Customs and Immigration personnel.
